We are committed to bringing you convenient ready-to-bake gluten free products that do not compromise on taste and contain clean, simple ingredients. We want you to enjoy the full, decadent taste of real homemade food without worry. Our biscuits are not "diet food" keep in mind - we encourage you to enjoy in moderation and within a balanced diet. (We usually eat them about once a week!)

We do not add preservatives to our products - that's why they are a frozen product.  We don't use artificial sweeteners, but rather real natural sugar. Our butter is just that - BUTTER, unsalted and made from sweet cream. Our ingredients, although not specifically organic, NONE are GMO derived, including the little bit of cornstarch in our baking powder. Our flours and starches are all certified gluten free and/or milled in certified facilities. Our biscuits are made in the certified gluten free commercial kitchen of

Our buttermilk biscuits are heartily sized and each pack contains 4 of them cut to 2 3/4" size.

Our Jumbo Chocolate Chipchunk Cookies - generously sized cookies loaded with not only chocolate chips but also semi-sweet chocolate CHUNKS for the ultimate chocolatey, oooey, gooey treat that you will never guess is gluten free - we guarantee that!
